Semaglutide as a possible therapy for healthy aging: Targeting the hallmarks of aging.
Ageing Res Rev · 2024
Last updated 2026-05-28The study explores whether semaglutide, a drug already used for diabetes and weight loss, could help slow aging by targeting key aging-related processes like inflammation, oxidative stress, and stem cell depletion. The research suggests semaglutide may influence these processes, but does not provide specific results or outcomes.
